Fine figurines added to the Carte Blanche family

Carte Blanche, the character brand company have added new lines to their giftware portfolio following the recent acquisition of figurine company, 4D Art.

4D Art manufactures and sells premium priced, fashionable sculptural figurines in high street jewellers, department stores, independents and a also has a flourishing export business. Their principles are simple, innovative and beautiful design combined with the highest quality.

Paul Haines, Head of Far East Operations and Gift Development sees 4D Art as a great strategic fit alongside the Carte Blanche range of collectable figurines. “The sophisticated design and premium pricing of 4D Art will be a strong complementary addition to our existing offer and we are all extremely excited about working with our 4D Art designers to bring great new product to the market.”

Sales Director, Alister Marchant added: “It complements the range by having non-character based product which exposes us to new consumers”

Carte Blanche expect to increase its distribution of the product through the premium gift channel and see it as an opportunity to expand their customer base.  
Plans to develop the brand further are already in progress. “Our immediate concern is to service existing accounts and ensure continuity of supply, beyond that we see many opportunities for brand development and expect the first of these to be available by mid year 2012.” confirmed Alister.
