Good honest service works wonders says Grass Roots

Verse and sentiment specialist, Grass Roots is at PG Live displaying a wide range of cards which is just the tip of the iceberg.

With over 1200 designs, the product ranges include birthdays, ages, and spring seasons like Valentines and Mothers day plus packages like graduation and confirmation cards.  While many of the cards cotton sentiments, the open birthday range has no verse inside.

Grass roots prides itself on face to face contact and good service, something they feel can be lacking in todays telephone and email-driven world.
"It's a tough climate at the moment, but its about being sensible." says Grass Roots Director, Lisa Ardren-Brown. "Retailers are consolidating and want to work with fewer publishers who they know and trust.  We largely supply independents and small groups of retailers and building trusted relationships though good service is key."  

"This years PG Live has been our busiest show to date", says Lisa. "It has a good atmosphere and is purely for cards.  We also appreciate being able to touch base with our customers."

"It's  a great industry to work in because it is open and transparent", said Managing Director, Rob Brown.  "It's a bit like football in that you're the best of friends off pitch, but rivals on it", he adds.
