Planning for successful show

1,000 exhibitors already signed up six months ahead of next Paperworld

WITH the planning phase of Paperworld still in full swing, more than 1,000 exhibitors have already registered six months before the show opens in Frankfurt.

“The positive number of registrations and the return of numerous major players from the sector show that Paperworld is the industry highlight for manufacturers, and the most important international sales platform,” said Michael Reichhold, director of Paperworld.
Organised by Messe Frankfurt at their showgrounds in the German city, for 2019 the greetings card area is being moved to Hall 3.1 where companies including BrownTrout, Hallmark, UK Greetings, Artebene, Pabuku, and Turnowsky will be exhibiting as Paperworld runs from January 26-29, alongside Christmasworld, Creativeworld and Floradecora.
"Paperworld is a highlight that we are all excited about,” said Nils Wittler, MD of BSB-Obpacher, “In Frankfurt you get a feeling for what’s moving the global market.
“The fair is always an important platform for us to perfectly showcase our new products at a high level. We offer our national and international visitors complete packaging and gift giving concepts, and look forward once again to numerous interesting contacts from home and abroad.”
Hall 3.1 also offers trend-setting ideas for trade visitors with a variety of special exhibitions including Paperworld Trends with concepts for store design and product range composition as well as the Mr Books & Mrs Paper area with suggestions on combining books with non-book articles.
Hall 4.0 will be divided into two areas – writing instruments and school supplies – and, new for 2019, there is to be a special presentation on The Future Of Learning. Along with Hall 3.1 the area is home to everything visitors need in paper and stationery for the non-business sector.
In Hall 3.0 is the office supplies area, while Hall 5.1 now features the Remanexpo area with remanufactured printer consumables, and Halls 1.1, 1.2 and Forum 0 are reserved for exhibitors with paper-related products, office supplies and stationery for volume buyers.
