CEO Sarah needs members’ opinions for latest Bank Of England meeting

VIEWS on business lending are being sought from Giftware Association members as the organisation’s CEO Sarah Ward is all set for another Genesis Initiative meeting at the Bank Of England.

This time the Genesis Initiative, formed to improve the quality of the debate on SMEs and create economic reform, are consulting trade association executives and industry leaders about the intentions UK SMEs have in spending or investing their capital.
For the meeting on September 21 Sarah wants to be able to inform the Government of all GA members, including JDA, BTAA and DesignGap, opinions and experiences with business lending.
“This will be a great chance for members to give voice to their concerns,” she said, “while it’s a privilege for the GA to be included in this panel, in order to make the most of it we want to consult with the industry.”
So the GA have created a short survey, which can be found here, for retailers, designers, wholesalers or manufacturers in the gift, greetings and home industry, fashion jewellery, or travelgoods and accessories, to share their views so they can present as accurate a representation as possible of everyone’s needs and concerns.
