Hallmark’s success on the road

Great atmosphere and turnout for latest round of shows across UK and Ireland

A GREAT turnout from the UK and Ireland made Hallmark’s latest round of roadshows a success with plenty to see.

Travelling around Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Norwich, Watford, Belfast, Cork, and Dublin as well as setting up in the Bradford HQ, the Hallmark team had an everyday and Christmas section on display.
They also launched the new Ittie Bitties, with the Walking Dead collection, Mary Poppins and Aquaman, plus in licensed cards they have a new Friends boutique range and Dumbo – perfect time for the new film in cinemas at the end of March.
Marketing manager Tamsyn Johnston-Hughes said: “Kids has some fab new innovation with cut out and build your own reindeer cards, cards with recipes, and craft cards to pull out and keep to make Christmas family traditions from.
We had some really beautiful new 3D paper craft cards to create some real mantelpiece magic, and we’ve increased the looks across our cards focusing on inclusivity with different styles across same-sex cards to give a real offer of choice.
“My favourites are the more unique sends, really focusing on sharing words of understanding and comfort to people who can find Christmas to be a hard time. This kind of card with kind words of genuine understanding can mean the world to someone struggling in the midst of everyone else having fun.
“We shared what was new from gift wrap in Christmas and everyday, and we launched our first Christmas flower bag collection this year.
“We had a great turn out for the shows up and down the UK and Ireland, it’s great to chat to all our lovely customers and catch up with the sales teams. They always have a wonderful atmosphere.”
